| Description: | Improved Performance The very large cooler may accept up to 46°C of ambient temperature and no additional after cooler is required. The large-capacity and high-efficient suction filter blocks the micro particles up to about 3 microns in the air and the lifetime of the compressor is extended. As highly durable Quin-Syn synthetic lubrication oil is used, the compressor may be used for more than 8,000 hours depending upon the surrounding environment. Capacity Gauge 0~100% scale capacity gauge is basically installed to check the operation rate of the compressor at a look and the compressor may easily be managed. Modulation Control Modulation Operation Method is applied in addition to Load & No-Load Operation Method and Auto Dual Operation Method to supply the air at a steady pressure to the production line in order to improve the productivity and save the energy. The large cooler having high cooling efficiency guarantees possible operation up to 46°C of surrounding temperature and the suction temperature of the after cooler becomes similar up to +1.7°C. | |
